Urticaria disease

From last one year, I am suffering from urticaria. And even consulted many doctors regarding this but not able to cure till now. Some doctors says it will be cured and some others says it will be lifelong disease. My father is also having dust allergy and even sometimes feel itching. Please suggest what to do?
