My 75 days old baby is having UTI...gave urine culture for further analysis...is it a serious problem?

HI, yes.. ....need USG FOR KIDNEY AND URINE CULTURE.....MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SCAN IN FUTURE LIKE MCU/DMSA.... CONSULT LOCAL PEDIATRICIAN
