Urine passing problem

Urine is not passing and does not flow through it takes a lot of time.The edge of urine is not single, it has 2 to 3 edges.  There is no problem while sitting, but as soon as we stand up, we are not able to stop urine, sometimes it is missed while going to the washroom.
