From last two days my urine is very yellow and feeling that urine is not coming ,can I take potrate M syrup presently I am taking vinicor 25 mg for high BP

Colour of urine is always yellow, depending upon concentration it may be darker or lighter. Take more water if it’s dark yellow. No need to take any Syp to change colour of urine.
