Urine infection with typhoid
3yr old boy was having fever (high) from two days. Tests show typhoid with urine infection (first time). Doctor told to go for circumsion aa ballooning of penis during urine passing .pls tell if circumsion is necessary or we can wait and watch .
Upto 2yrs age uncircumcised boys have a higher incidence of uti. Can't say that's the reason at this age
