My father has the below problems: 1) fever from past 5 days 2)cough from past 10 days 3)upset stomach 4)loss of appetite 5)weight loss I have attached his blood test and urine test reports... Please advise what exactly is his problem..

Give him some antibiotics and cough syrup,get sugar tested reports seems to be ok
