Urine foam
I have had foam in urine issues for the last 3 to 4 years ... Every time I take spot ACR and other blood test and urine routine recommended by my nephrologist and physician the report came normal... But recently my skin specialist gave me steroid cream to apply on penis head and under my penis skin... What I observed was that my foam disappeared after applying steroid cream but when I washed cream on penis and then again the foaming got started. .

This is the wrong notion to think foaming is equal to protein in the urine foaming could be secondary to things such as bile salts ,fats which is normal and nothing to worry about
The penis thing is not related to this
