I was feeling burning sensation after urination . And sometimes lower abdomen pain . Doctor suggested me to take sonography and urine culture test . Sonography tests were negative and no kidney stones were found and culture test was also negative . What can be the reason ?

If your sonography and culture are negative, You probably have cystitis/urethritis which could still be due to  urinary tract infection or it possibly can be a sexually transmitted infection
