Urine blockage on 28,catheresied and blader emptied. Next day morning same issue again so catheterised again on 29 Jan. Bph issues.107 prostrate during ultrasound. After medication for one week ( silodom8mg,finasteride 5mg) now catheter removed. Now feeling ok. Please suggest a. future action regarding medicine. b. Any other lifestyle changes. c. Any diet changes. d.Any issues with bp and diabetic medicine. e.any other advice.

Hi For this, u need to continue the advised medicine Prostate is enlarged which is obstructing the urinary passage To release the obstruction, this medicine helps But with due course of time, medicine might stop acting or you might go in retention of urine( stoppage) again That’s the point when you might require surgery
