Urine color change from last few days
Hi,
I typically have a transparent urnine color, but from the last 3-4 days i am having little thrist and my urine color is either light yellow or mild yellow sometimes(if not drank water) deep yellow.
I am drinking water every hour to stay hydrated as because in mumbai its very hot.
Is it something to worry ?
My urnine color is light yellow even after drinking water.

If you have got excessive sweat you will have to reduce the pitta component as it might be the reason

If you have no other symptoms like burning while urinating or fever with chills besides the change in colour of urine, then there is nothing to worry out. Increase your water intake, more than what you are currently consuming because that is not enough. If any new symptoms develop get a urine routine exam done.
