it could be urinary tract infection...antibiotics need to be prescribed if urine culture positive...please consult your urologist...

Lecocyte esterase in urine analysis combining with your symptoms are suggestive of Urine tract infection..you will require a course of antibiotics and other supportive treatment..kindly get a urologist opinion for the same
