During recent lab test presence of Albumin( +) and glucose ( + ) was observed in urine analysis. Is this situation is alarming and what medication is suggested? Regards

Mostly has diabetes. Pl do blood sugar fasting, 2hr post food, hbA1c, serum creatinine and urine ACR for confirmation of diagnosis or visit a doctor
