Flow rates appears normal ,does not appear to be a obstructed system. Bladder neck obstruction group of people have more fibrous(less elastic),and less glandular elements. Bladder neck relaxation is less due to nature of problem. Get ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB region and post void residual urine along with urine examination. Not significant residual urine,no infection , nothing to worry, Significant residual urine and or infection, further treatment required
