I had unsafe sex 2 years back and since then I've developed premature ejaculation. Off late (1 year back) I've developed pain in anus and penis also. Urine test shows infection. Can you suggest some medicine for this symptoms???

It would be better if u can send all the investigation reports. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. For treatment plan u may contact privately. If u have any other associated complaints, plz mention.
