I'm not able to empty my bladder completely, after passing the urine again I end up losing 4 to 5 drops of urine in my underwear after coming out of toilet! I'm facing this problem from couple of years!

Get a urine re/me done and a usg kub. Consult a MD MEDICINE PHYSICIAN with the reports.
