Essential to have a cystoscopy and transurethral resection of tumour. Based on the histopathology report, further treatment would be decided. There are two types, superficial and deep muscle invasive. Deep muscle invasive tumor is dangerous otherwise easy to manage. If it is deep muscle invasive, then a PET CT would be required. Consult a Urologist nearby immediately.
