I have severe knee joints pain , last time my uric acid was 3.85 and today is 6.8 Lab range is 7.5 I want to it is elevated or not

How long you have been suffering? What all medicines you use? Have you got your knees X-rayed, if yes then how long ago? Do you get relief by your pain killers. In fact no disease is so straight forward that by one symptom we can come to the conclusion.
