Uric acid level always above 9. Due to this foot and toe are swalling. Due to this course tab zyloric 300 mg has been taken once in a week. But i m suffering this problem since 15 years. Plz suggest me good hospital and doctor or medicines.

I think u have to take zyloric more frequently, maybe alternate day and get tested more frequently just like diabetic pts to keep level low, otherwise your joints will be permanent gouty changes
