Hello, Recently I found that my Uric acid level is 7.4, I am a female and this is high however my doctor has suggest to increase water intake that's it, I dnt consume alchohal and I am vegetarian who also dont eat chole , chane etc my water consumption is also 2 to 3 ltr (min) a day. the problem is I get pain in my left knee once a week which is extreamly painful though it goes off in no time also I could literally feel the bones moving in left knee with little difficulty (the way a machine moves with less oil). I have Family history of arithrities my mom and all females in her immediate family suffers from it. Please advise if I need to take any medication? P.S. This is extremely concerning and stressing for me since I have family history and I have seen them suffering! Thanks for your help!
