Urgent medical advice

My uncle(age 60) has suffered from brain hemorrhage yesterday morning after that he is in icu in govt hospital. Yesterday ct scan shows " Intraparenchymal hemorrhage in left ganglion-capsular region with intraventricular extension".his current bp is 160/110 and ecg report shows also abnormal. We aren't happy with treatment provided in this hospital because treatment covered under ayushmaan yojna) What should we do now and is it better to shift my uncle from ranchi to any metro city hospital???

Issue is the ventricular extension of the bleed. See if neuro surgeon thinks it needs to be drained. And control the blood pressure.
