Hello,she shouldn't take medications on her own ,she has to consult gynaecologist , for woman with23 days of gestation doctor will prescribe medicines for abortion , and doctor checks for complete expulsion of fetus . bleeding ,pain are the common side effect but are minimal ,just don't take self medications it could lead to sepsis .
