Urgent emergency pls check

I am having vertigo and balance issue whenever I walk I feel like I will faint or fall down even if i stand it feels like that but I tried standing for long time it doesn't happen. This thing is happening from 2 months I am unable to do anything due to this. Pls help urgent advise. I can't take consultation cause I am in UK

Hi., I can understand your concern. You need to check for your bp first. Can take tab vertin 16 mg twice a day after food for two days.
