URGENT Bicuspid Aortic Valve replacement

My dad, aged 57 years old, is recently diagnosed with Calcification of Bicuspid Aortic Valve. I need a 2nd opinion. The Surgeon has suggested tissue valve. We have gone through the pros and cons of both tissue and mechanical valve. But I still need your opinion for it.
