I had undergone cleaning process of strictures in 2008 Stream has narrowed again with pain Pls suggest good treatment without surgery

Surgical procedure is the treatment of choice for urethral stricture. The procedures that may give you relief are endoscopic internal urethrotomy - transient benefit, Substitutional urethroplasty - long lasting results. Since it is a recurring problem, better to go for a definitive treatment.
