At present urethroplasty with buccal mucosa is the highest success rate 80to 90percent

Hello , there is a lot of research going on for urethral stem cells and prp but it's more in trail stages only. Presently the options are very limited with high rates of failure or recurrence which is very disheartening even for us clinicians despite the best of our efforts. But few very promising studies are underway which will open way for newer modalities but presently the options are giving good results, it will all depend on the clinical stage of the disease
