I'm diagnosed with urethral stricture. I had surgery for a urine block at the age of 9 and I'm 30 now. I consulted the doctor for a low sperm count issue, but when i told him about the past surgery he did uroflow test and X ray. I'm attaching it.i have no difficulty in urination. The doctor suggested surgery. Is it compulsory? Will it impact my sex life? Any other treatment options available? UroFlow Q max 13.6 with a flat curve. Average flow is 8.residual urine is 26 ml
