Urethral Stricture

I have recently been diagnosed with 'moderate bulbar structure ' through a test called RETROGRADE URETHROGRAM. doctors are advising me to have OIU and after OIU , regular self dilation . Can any doctor or patient reading this suggest me through their experiences that can it get cured by oiu then regular self dilation or I have to go for urethroplasty after a few years .

Is there any way u can post RGU image If it's less than 1 cm can try VIU once if not urethroplasty is gold standard !
