Hello Sir/ Mam, Since morning I have got upset stomach and had medicine also but after dat hv puked out.. Feeling so restless dunno y! Please suggest me a way to cure!

Most likely due to acidity 1.tab razo D 1 tab once daily before food for 7 days. 2.syrup mucaine gel 2 tsp  thrice daily after food for  2 daya
