Twice or thrice feeling the urge to pass stool, upset stomach in morning time, but stays normal at afternoon. Unable to hold the bowel pressure even for 5 minutes although stool is normal. Due to all these suffering from loss of hunger. Feeling sweetness in mouth also. What can be the problem? Please suggest.
