Can anyone please help me the best time(morning/after lunch/after dinner) to take uprise D3 60k capsule and Neurobion forte tablet and dosage

Uprise D3 is best effective when you have a large meal that contains some fat or oils maybe an effective way for vitamin D to be absorbed into the body. So whenever you have the largest meal of the day you can have the tablet and you can have the neurobion forte along with it as well.
