Upper stomach pain in early pregnancy

Issue: Persistent Upper Stomach Pain For the past two weeks, I have experienced continuous pain in the center of my upper stomach. Despite taking Pan and Esogress 40, there has been no relief. I have also tried reducing spicy foods and incorporating high-fiber foods and buttermilk into my diet, but the pain persists. Please see attached sonography report.
