I am suffering from  Upper stomach pain and upper back pain since 5 months, please do the necessary.

Various causes are possible. Gastritis is common cause. Must rule out gall stones. ULTRASOUND and some blood tests may ne needed. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
