Upper spine, knee and ankle pain

Upper spine, knee and ankle pain. Continuous pain throughout the day. No quick means for relief. Need to stand at work for around 7 hours daily. This pain started a month ago. Not taking any pain killers though. Should i undergo some specific test before visiting an orthopaedic or some other category for consultation. Please advise.
