I am a software professional and in the recent months my right upper shoulder is paining heavily. Please suggest a solution to cure permanently.

U might hve pari arthrits shoulder because of unwanted jerk of ur shoulder Beter way is to see a good physio.and do regular hot fomentatio at home and up and down shoulder movements twice a day
