27f.suffering from upper middle back pain severe in the morning and when stretching .neck pain always .fatigue always,feeling like sick always.when I bend front chest upper middle back pain .shortness of breath.cbp crp serum uric acidthyroid serum creatinine vit b12 normal vit d3 15 esr 28 .taking vit d3 tablets.also took pan d 25 days deltone 10 days naxpro gelusil sucrafil gel .but still the pain persists
