My upper eye lid was swollen suddenly when I woke up from sleep today. Can it be conjunctivitis? What should I do to bring the swelling down?

It may be due allergic condition due to colour or abir in holi ,as a precautionary measure you may use vigamox eye drops 4-5 times & genteal eye drops 4-5 times for  few days
