Upper body high temperature
My 1yr kid has fever from 2days. Only upper body till stomach is hot around 100-101. and she is sleepy throughout the day. She is eating usual but not playing as usual, as she is drowsy and wants to drop her head n rest. On first day have given Crocin 2ml twice and 2nd day calpol 1ml twice. Now entering to third day and same symptom.
1. Please monitor your child's temperature using a thermometer.
2. Give plenty of fluids.
3. If axillary temperature is >99 degrees, give Syp Crocin(120mg/5ml) 6 ml or Syp. Crocin DS(240mg/5ml) 3 ml.

Continue giving paracetamol at the appropriate dosage every 6 hourly or when the fever occurs.
