Upper backpain and popping

Everytime i breath in my back pops at the top, my entire upper back hurts. & Sometimes one of my arms go numb or feel tingly. I've had this happening for a while but the popping noise continues to get louder. I have goo posture and eat and drink good. Just need help on what is wrong because the pain is horrible.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
