Severe right infrascapular pain and paraspinal pain in upper back since five years, more on sitting

Such pains are most commonly due to muscle spasm. Very rarely it could be due to nerve compression. You can take a mild anelgesic with muscle relaxant and Antacid. If the pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
