Upper back pain

Hi, I am suffering from severe pain in upper back..like i can't sit for more than 15 mins without support otherwise it will start paining then i need to use hotbag or need rest instantly or support to sit ...i checked there is no calcium deficiency present in my body..what to do please help

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.-neck and shoulders and back. -Any way it may be tried, --. take an xray to ensure that everything is normal there. depending upon your profession and height, reduce the bending angle of your neck and back while studying, working on laptop, using mobile and domestic chores or activities of daily living. if the xray is normal then it is a muscle fatigue pain.
