My lips have dark patches, sebum on lower lips, side lips darker and fordyce on upper lips what should I do? I also feel uncomfortable facing people.

Fordyce spots generally does not require any treatment.. For lip pigmentation plz consult.. In general use a spf based lip balm to protect it from becoming further dark.
