Female- Married 28 yrs old.PCOS I have upper abdomen pain with nausea. This happens often. Every now n then I will be having genital itching,swallen part with pain and white discharge. Done with antibiotics. This is happening since a year

Upper abdomen pain& nausea is mainly due to gastritis. Genital itching,pain &white discharge is due fungal & bacterial infection.
Next Steps
Do pelvis scan to rule out endometritis
