Was suffering from constipation from past 10 yrs now I have upper abdomen discomfort pain burn evrything,always I feel fuller, feels like incomplete bowel evacuation,flatuence with unbearable smell, loss of appetite, pain is more in right hypocondrial and right lumbar region. I don't feel hunger from almost 10 yers always feel fulness Rut positiv with antral gastritis took hp kit now UBT is negativ for h pylori Being mbbs doctor I have consulted lot of gastros but issue is not resolved
