Uper back and shoulders pain

I am having uper back shoulder pain on right side and chest also may be ..I am not sure if its muscle pain or chest I have did chest xray both back and front report are normal.what it could be please help

Most probably muscular pain. Nothing to worry. Chest xray will be normal only. Just do some walking everyday and stretching. Should help you feel better.

It might be acidity or muscular pain.. better get an opinion from PULMONOLOGIST to rule out pulmonary causes
