3/02/25 I got my pregnancy test postive On same day I have taken abortion pills After one day gap Yesterday I have taken 2 pills ln morning after breakfast And two pills after dinner Now the pills are over I'm getting bleeding since I have taken the pills What kind of food should I take now What food should I avoid during this pills time
