Unwanted facial hair

I am having unwanted facial hair growth on chin upper lip and on neck area.i also gone through pelvic ultrasound...my reports were normal...no PCOD or PCOS...my doctor prescribed me oleum jacoris 3x ,calc IM,praclactin 30...will these medicines help? How much time they takes to show result and how much benefit I can expect.?

Hello PCOD is not the only reason behind abnormal facial hair growth it might be because of any other reason ranging from genetic to hormonal causes or may be as a sideeffect of certain medicine . Like you said, PCOS has not been conformed in the reports but the thing is that many a times you go to the medical centre when your hormonal levels are not isturbed (and you should know these things can fluctulate ALOT). I donot know how the doctor is prescribing you these drungs like in alternation or all at once and how frequently and am no one to question them and their knowledge. But this thing is very easily managable and treated as well.
