Endometrial hyperplasia in pre menopausal female is common and it is mostly non harmful it is only matter of concern when it has nuclear atypia or endometrial intraepithlial neoplasia. The line of treatment is to wait and watch or hormonal treatment. So ur doctor has not done something wrong. This condition is mostly associated with high estrogen due to which u r now having polyps. Chances of getting cancer is low so u don't have to bother just be cautious about heavy bleeding and once ur family completes u can go for hysterectomy if u r afraid of cancer.
