Sir, M can't concentrate on my career and don't feel happy because there is something disturb me always and i don't know how to go away from all that. There was a girl i love her so much but she left me before 5months for someone else. But now i can't forget her .all memories are like refres infort of my eyes everywhere in my dreams,in every day life,in everything bucz it's take me to my old memories that i spent with her. I can't sleep at night . I try to forget and focus but I really unable to do that. And I feel mentally weak . Plz help me sir.
