Unknown Rash - All Tests Good

Rash begins like pimple with no head. Spreads with no itch, pain, etc. Started on male legs and has spread to chest, sides, back and now face. Blood test all good; biopsy showed nothing. Suggested to change bath and laundry soaps, dryer sheets, remove candles and scents. Has not helped. They will dry and become scaly but do not go away.
