I am getting some pain in my neck, sometimes in chest with heartburn, and I am also getting muscle twitching in arms and biceps. Neck is also kinda stiff, and sometimes food is moving down slowly in the food pipe, what can be the reasons, my bp is 138/86 and I am 22yrs old.

A detailed history is required for coming to a diagnosis. It may be due to Gastric Acidity or due to lifting heavy weights or due to any auto immune disorder. And about the Blood pressure , in digital Bp monitoring devices it may not be accurate . So , you can visit nearby hospital and get it checked which will be accurate .For the time being you can take Pantoprazole 40mg in empty stomach before 20mins of breakfast 1tablet everyday for 1week , Zerodol MR tablet 2tabs a day , one after lunch and one after dinner for 1week, Neurobion Forte 1 tab for 1week after lunch .
